Shipping and Returns Policy
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. We offer several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of the items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.
Your order will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days (Mon-Fri) if you order by 12:00 pm CST (excluding backorder, custom and special order items). Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days depending on your distance from St. Louis, MO. Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. Some of our products have their own Return/Shipping policies, please see below for more details.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
We have a No Hassle Return Policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the merchandise. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with their original tags. If you received the wrong product it will be replaced. Items that smell of perfume or smoke, are damaged, dirty or have been exposed to pet hair and Etc., cannot not be returned. All return requests must be made within 30 days.
Book Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after funds have cleared. Unless on backorder, in this event you will be notified by email. If in the USA it can take up to 5 business days to receive your package. If outside the USA please allow up to ten (10) business days.
Credit Card Orders: Please use the same billing/shipping address if possible. If you do use a different billing/shipping address make sure the address you use is secure.
Countries We Ship To: At this time we only ship to the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. All International orders require an additional $13.00 extra for required registration of your package.
Book Return Policy
Approval is required before returning any paperback books. Refunds will only be given for the purchase price only. Refunds/Store Credit does not include any shipping costs. Please do not return any books until you have received a Return Authorization (RA#) number. Return requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see details below.
Before returning a book, please keep the following in mind;
BOOKS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DIMES BY THE DOZEN. Please make an insurance claim with UPS or USPS for damaged items immediately. Please email us at email@example.com after you have filed your claim.
Unopened Books: Any book returned must be in new and sellable condition (undamaged and in original shrink-wrap) to receive the purchase price refund. There may be no stamps, marks, stickers, bent pages, etc., in/on the book. You must request a refund within 14 days for unopened books. There is a 15% restocking fee for each returned book. Refund does not include shipping costs. Purchaser must return the book to DIMES BY THE DOZEN at their own expense.
Opened/Used Books: Requests for refund must be after 30 days of receipt. Generally natural buttocks enhancement can take up to 30 days to see the full results. There may be no stamps, marks, stickers, bent pages, etc., in/on the book. Books that have been opened thus read are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refund does not include shipping costs. Purchaser must return the book to DIMES BY THE DOZEN at their own expense.
Damaged Books After Receipt: Refunds or Store Credit will NOT be given for books that have been damaged after receipt. This is not limited to; highlights, stamps, pen/pencil/marks, stickers, bent pages, etc., in/on the book. All warranties are void if book is damaged after receipt.
No Return Authorization (RA#) number: Books returned to us without an official RA# from DIMES BY THE DOZEN will not be accepted for refund. Unopened books (in original shrink-wrap) will only be issued Store Credit minus 20% restocking fee. Store Credit does not include any shipping costs. Opened books (out of original shrink-wrap) without an official RA# from DIMES BY THE DOZEN will be NOT be issued Store Credit or any Refunds. To avoid these situations please email us to receive an official RA# at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged books are void.
In order to return your lace wig, you must contact us by email at email@example.com within three (3) business days of receiving the product. You must receive an RA# from us to process your return. The time that the order was signed for is considered the time the order was received. The product has to be returned in its original state with no alterations made to include the following:
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy and it is subject to change without notice.
Custom Lace Wigs are made are made to fit your specific head measurements and as such we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund once construction of your wig has begun. If you have a problem with your wig after you receive it please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy below:
We Do Not Issue Refunds for Lace Wigs, however, if after receiving your Lace Wig, you have a problem such as... your measurements were off or you received the wrong wig you can exchange the wig as long as the following criteria are met:
The wig must be in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the wig has been altered in any way, then we cannot do an exchange. This includes but is not limited to any of the following:
If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Policy When We Are At Fault: In the rare event that you receive a wig that is different from your specifications (i.e. you ordered brown hair and received blonde). Then we will replace the wig at no charge to you or issue you a partial refund for the wig. The customer will be able to choose if she wants the partial refund or a replacement wig. If the customer chooses to receive a new wig then there will be no re-stocking fee and we will pay for the shipping of the original wig back to us and the shipping of the replacement wig back to you. The wig must be in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the wig has been altered in any way, then we cannot do an exchange!
Stock Lace Wigs
All sales are final on stock wig sales unless we are at fault.
Lace Front Wig Supplies
All sales are final on lace front wig supplies including all liquid and tape adhesives unless we are at fault.

You may track the status of your order on our Track an Order page. We will post the transaction number and tracking confirmation number within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. You will then be able to track your package on our shipping carriers website.

NOTE: We are unable to accept returns for eBooks, magazines, downloadable PDFs, gift cards, and items that have been damaged after receipt. shipping charges are also non-refundable.
